In a bowl, mix the ground turkey with diced sundried tomatoes, onion, crumbled feta cheese, oregano, garlic powder, parsley, salt, pepper.
Make sure to mix well until all the ingredients are evenly combined.
Heat the oil in a skillet and form the burgers. These ingredients should make four burgers.
Place the burgers on the heated skillet and cook on medium heat on each side for 5 to 7 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
Serve on a bun with Tzatziki sauce, lettuce, sliced cucumber and tomato.
