Whenever I am craving a sweet treat and don’t want to eat any refined sugars, my go-to is often times a banana.
Sometimes it is fun to mix it up and create a tasty treat by adding more to it. You can pile on all kinds of toppings but here are four ways you can create this healthy and fun dessert.
These are so versatile and usually you will have at least a few of these ingredients in your pantry so anytime you want a banana treat these are fun to make!

Snickers Banana: Banana topped with peanut butter, peanuts, and chocolate.
PB&J Banana: Banana topped with peanut butter, jam or jelly of your choice, and peanuts.
Banana Caramel: Banana topped with a date caramel (either soak your dates in hot water and then mash or process them in a blender until smooth), and pecans.
Banana Almond Crunch: Banana topped with mascarpone cheese (or goat cheese) sliced almonds and honey.
You can add other topping for even more nutritional value such as hemp seeds, ground flax seeds, chia seeds, or coconut flakes. You can even put all of these topping on one banana to create the ultimate banana treat. Hope you enjoy!
